Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a personal vibe with a comfy double bed and two singles. The staff were incredibly pleasant, helpful, and accommodating with excellent English. The location was ideal, only a short walk from the square and very close to the Old Town. The dining options were varied and plentiful, especially the omelette, and the pub/restaurant attached was a delightful experience.
The hotel's rooms are lovely with medieval-style furniture and good views, offering a double bed and two singles. Fresh milk with the tea/coffee facilities would have been a nice addition. The service was friendly and obliging, though some staff members seemed annoyed when asked for assistance. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the Old Town and Main Square in Krakow. The dining experience was nice and fresh, suitable for international travelers but mediocre for Polish cuisine. Overall, the facilities were good with convenient access to the city.
I had a luxurious and comfortable stay at the hotel in Krakow for my partner's birthday weekend. The rooms were warm, clean, very quiet, and had a comfortable bed, making it a perfect retreat. The location was excellent for exploring the city, just a short walk to the old square. However, the dining experience was not as expected, with limited options and a high price for breakfast.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was warm, clean, and very quiet, with a super comfortable bed. It had everything we needed, though having fresh milk for the tea/coffee facilities would've been a nice touch. The 19th-century charm with ceilings as high as 5 meters added to the lovely atmosphere, but it did get a bit noisy when we opened the skylights.
The hotel was beautiful, very grand, and brilliantly located, offering clean rooms with everything we needed. However, it would have been nice to have fresh milk with the tea/coffee facilities. The service was excellent overall, though a bit slow at times. The location was excellent for our purpose, being close to the Main Square in Krakow. The facilities were of a very high standard.
